Once upon a time.....

nothing was right,

we cried and bled and faced the night.

But there was the sun far away

and it promised we would get away someday....

Did you know even then that the sun was wrong

with its light all my dreams are gone

and now i'm stuck in this eternal night

dear friend where are you when i cry?

Are you just as lost as poor little Mave

do you cry with me or do those tears you save

for that better tomorrow which will eventually be gone

and for a cruel sun that will lead us on......
